Back to Self: Nurturing Body, Mind, and Spirit After Cancer is for those who have walked through cancer and are now finding their way back to themselves.
This retreat is designed for survivors, thrivers, and anyone in the post-treatment or long-term healing phase who feels ready for gentle restoration. Whether you are newly out of treatment, years into survivorship, or living with ongoing effects, you are welcome here.
It is for those who may feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by the emotional aftermath, or simply longing for a peaceful space to rest, reflect, and be deeply cared for. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or retreat settings is needed — only a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
Together, in a compassionate and supportive environment, we will focus on rebuilding trust with the body, calming the nervous system, honoring what has been endured, and rediscovering joy, strength, and wholeness.
This is a space for softness. For reconnection. For coming home to yourself.
About Your Host:
Emily Blau is a retreat leader, and owner of Nurture Through Nature, an off-grid wellness retreat center devoted to deep rest, reconnection, and healing in the natural world. Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when body, mind, and spirit are nurtured together — gently, compassionately, and without pressure.
A breast cancer survivor herself, Emily brings not only professional training but lived experience to this retreat. She understands the complex landscape of survivorship — the physical changes, emotional layers, identity shifts, and the quiet question of how to move forward after everything has changed. Her approach is trauma-aware, heart-centered, and grounded in creating spaces where people feel safe to be exactly as they are.
Emily weaves together restorative practices, nature immersion, community support, and moments of meaningful reflection to help participants reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and rediscover a sense of wholeness.
Through her work, she hopes to offer others what she most needed during her own healing journey: a place to exhale, to be held, and to find their way back to themselves.
Sign up before July 31st and receive our early bird discount! Enjoy the all-inclusive weekend for only $600!
Walk with a Question
Sometimes we have questions that feel big and important and never seem to get our full attention. Sometimes this is simply because they are so big and important. Sometimes we have smaller questions in our work endeavors that just never get to be the focus of our attention.
This offering is an opportunity to make space to be with just such a question. We will do this in nature. And in community. We will explore how we are holding these questions and find different ways of relating to them and gaining perspective on them.
Join Leigh Tillman for this interactive and engaging gathering at Nature Through Nurture on Monday, October 5th (rain date Tuesday, October 6th), 9:00am-1:00pm. Our time together will be spent moving between solo reflection time, small and whole group conversations, and solo time out on the land at Nature Through Nurture.

Activate Your Inner Magic Retreat with Samantha Rispoli
Return To Your Magic
Activate Your Inner Magic was created for empathic women who want to explore and deepen their intuitive abilities, connect with like-minded souls and honor the calling of their higher self.
We are ALL born with intuitive abilities- a deep knowing and sensitivity to the energy of the world around us. As children, this connection is strong and it informs our decision making while helping to lead us through the world with love, play and joy. As we age, our connection to this inner guidance system can weaken to a whisper, dampening our passions and leaving us hungry to activate the spark of that inner magic ✨
This retreat calls on you to embark on a path of self-discovery through immersive workshops and healing modalities. You'll journey to embody your psychic intuitive abilities through energy work, sound therapy, inner child healing and intuition activation exercises. This is your invitation to reconnect with the magic that is your birthright.
Yoga & Natural Dye Retreat

After lunch we will explore bundle dyeing, a natural dye technique using plants to impart colors and prints onto fabric, led by Abbie Gross. Each participant will create a one of a kind cotton tote bag and a silk handkerchief. It will be a day of creativity and movement grounded in nature.

Rites of the Womb with Marci Starr and Julie Starr
Munay‑Ki, translated from Quechua, means universal love or love in action.
These rites were given to help humanity evolve - to become Earthkeepers -
by healing and upgrading the luminous energy field.
The Rite of the Womb, the 13th Rite, is a sacred transmission passed from
a lineage of Spirit Women who freed themselves from suffering. It is offered
to help women remember their original power, restore their creative center,
and return the womb to its natural state of wisdom, clarity, and freedom.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the lineage and purpose of the Rite and
receive the initiation itself — an energetic transmission similar to a Reiki
attunement yet directed specifically to the feminine center. As the Rite
enters your field, something ancient and knowing awakens. As you nurture
the Rite, the womb releases the memories of pain and sorrow and returns
to its natural state of wisdom.
Your Guides
Marci Starr
With 35 years in the healing arts, Marci is a Reiki Master, Shamanic
Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Womb Keeper devoted to sharing the
wisdom she has gathered across a lifetime of service. Her work is rooted in
compassion, ceremony, and the remembrance of feminine power.
Julie Starr
Julie, Marci’s daughter, graduated cum laude from Green Mountain College
with a degree in Wilderness Therapy, Gender Studies, and Holistic Health.
She spends much of her life immersed in the wild landscapes of Oregon
and Washington, visiting waterfalls, tending altars, and honoring her magic
blood each month. She brings a grounded, nature‑rooted presence to this
sacred work.
Our Purpose
Together, we guide women of all ages — whether you currently have a
womb or not — to remember their innate creativity, intuition, and divine
feminine power.
The ceremony includes:
~ Sound bath and guided meditation
~ Sacred rituals and reflection
~ Rite of the Womb initiation
~ Connection to an ancient lineage of womb keepers
~ On-going Sisterhood community
The world needs healed wombs. The Feminine is rising!
And if you are reading this, you are being called.
