Soothe Your Soul Saturday: Elemental Ecstatic Dance $ Serene Sauna

Join us for a soulful exploration of connection, movement and song with Charity joy as she invites you into nature, and invoking the directions and elements. Immerse yourself in ecstatic dance flowing seamlessly through a five rhythms, wave. Conclude the experience in the sauna, where we’ve weave heartfelt songs from various indigenous backgrounds and harmonious voice toning.
