Walking Meditation- Wander the quiet paths of the land as nature gently
brings you back to reclaiming your essence With each step, soften, listen,
and reconnect to the rhythm within.

Sauna + Stream Dips - Immerse yourself in contrast, deep heat and
refreshing cold. A spacious wood-fired sauna paired with crisp spring-fed
streams to awaken your senses and restore your energy.
