Each session begins with a breathing meditation followed by a check-in on your progress, then a Q and A period. According to your customized wellness plan, together we will weave the physical components of wellness, be it strength, posture, flexibility, nutrition, meal planning, and cardio vascular fitness. I will meet you where you are at and help you to optimize your current healthy lifestyle. Following that is a facilitation of The Work, relating to any stress you are experiencing in your life, about your body, your weight, or your health, for example.
Expect practical, hands-on information that has direct meaning and application in your life. Plan for two balanced and focused hours of internal (mind and spirit) and external (body) work geared exactly towards what you say that you want. Those open to this life-changing program will find new and sustained transformation previously thought impossible... if you are open and ready to do The Work necessary for you to find greater health and happiness in your day to day life.

Free Follow up
Upon completion of the program, I will be available to consult with you by email for 6 months, free of charge, to make adjustments to your plan, answer questions as needed and to help keep you invested in your own holistic health. With your commitment to a healthy lifestyle plan, I will stand beside you fully as a testimony to my belief in both you and the power of this whole-person program.
