Women's Holistic Nature Retreat

Join us on this gentle wilderness living retreat in which we blend an outdoor experience with an introduction to The Work of Byron Katie. During the retreat we will spend two days at Nurture Through Nature's green retreat center, located in Denmark, Maine, followed by three days of canoeing and camping along the quiet shores of one of Maine's pristine waterways. We will share in guided meditations, nature walks, and gentle yoga as well as solo, paired and group exercises aimed at increasing our awareness and sense of interconnectedness to all that is.

The Work is one of the most powerful methods ever devised to end human suffering. It is simple, radical, and life changing. This is a unique opportunity to experience one of the most profound methods to clear the mind as well as be immersed in a beautiful outdoor setting. You will leave with new self-realizations that will change your life and a new understanding of and connection with the living earth. Everyone can do The Work. With four simple questions, you open to new ways of viewing life's situations, have more clarity and access creative energy. You find your way out of stress, out of other people's business, and back home to YOU.

Nurture Through Nature welcomes Maggie Carter, one of Katie's staff members as well as a practitioner and facilitator of The Work in Colorado. Maggie is a gem and we are excited to work together to create an opportunity sure to bring more clarity and peace to all involved.
