About Jen:
Jen Deraspe, founder of Nurture Through Nature, is a retreat leader, yoga instructor and holistic life coach. A Certified facilitator of The Work, Jen masterfully creates safe and loving experiences; both one-on-one and in a group setting. Jen shares tools for living that continue to help her expand, grow, and awaken. She approaches working with people as a true honor and as an equal participant. In Jen, you will find a mirror of wisdom and humility.

About Megan-Mack:
Megan-Mack  has an MS is Outdoor Leadership and Environmental Education, is a registered Maine Guide, Corporate Team Facilitator,  Certified Forest Therapy guide and Reiki practitioner.  With over 20 years experience in the field, Megan-Mack finds her passion in guiding people to their innate connection to the natural world and each other.
