Jen Deraspe has passion and commitment towards holistic, balanced and healthy living. She offers an interdisciplinary approach to holistic wellness in the areas of whole food, organic nutrition, fitness, sports medicine, relaxation techniques, meditation, The Work of Byron Katie and Hatha yoga. Artfully combining these skills and knowledge, Jen offers a holistic approach to personal training and development, guiding clients down their path to vitality and to their inner source of power and health.

Jen has a MS in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Indiana State University and served as the University of Southern Maine's (USM's) Head Athletic Trainer for 10 years, managing the health care needs of the college athletes. She also instructed health, wellness, injury prevention and sports medicine coursework at USM for 18 years, serving 9 years on adjunct faculty in the College of Nursing and Health Professions.


My Eight Week Personalized Wellness Plan:

I am interested in working with people who are serious about their wellbeing and overcoming blocks that have stopped them from healthy change in the past. I want to work with those ready to come back to loving themselves, to their inherent wholeness and happiness~their True Nature. What is it that you are truly wanting, truly hungry for? What is it that you deeply crave? Who are you beyond your body?


In invite you to allow me to guide you to help yourself, and to see that what you want is what you already have.


Each session begins with a breathing meditation followed by a check-in on your progress, Q and A's, and a facilitation of The Work  of Byron Katie, relating to any stress you are experiencing in your life, about your body, your weight,  or your health, for example. Expect practical, hands-on information that has direct meaning and application in your life. Plan for two balanced and focused hours of internal (mind and spirit) and external (body) work geared exactly towards what you say that you want. Those open to this life-changing program will find new and sustained transformation previously  thought impossible... if you are open and ready to doing The Work necessary for you to find health and happiness in your daily life.


There is no magic pill and no quick fix formula. Restoration takes commitment and focus. We begin now.

Upon completion of the program, I will be available to consult with you by email for the remainder of that year, free of charge, to make adjustments to your plan as needed and to help keep you invested in your own holistic health. In person:
$150 each 2 hour session at your place within a 20 mile radius of Denmark
$120 each 2 hour session in my space


Phone consultations:
$120 each 2 hour phone session
$90 each 1.5 hour phone session
