Self-Designed Retreat Getaways to meet your personal  wants and needs

Nurture Through Nature shares its retreat land and green facilities with like-minded guests, offering a solar-powered, wood heated Eco-Retreat Center which includes the Mount Pleasant Meeting House which offers a full rustic kitchen and yoga~workshop studio, 2 cabins, a residential cottage and private camping for your own self-designed, custom retreat. We can sleep up to 20 people, not including tent camping options. Cabin rentals are here for you, for deep solitude, to share with a companion or your own circle of loved ones or colleagues.

Guests appreciate the beauty and simplicity of our structures constructed and used with a caretaker philosophy, having a small footprint and impact on the earth. We offer a sweet space in a quiet, rural and pristine setting, accessible to boundless outdoor recreational possibilities right on site or a short drive away. Explore the rural beauty of western Maine's mountains and lakes region where the Saco River Valley and Mountain Washington Valley of the White Mountain National Forest converge and shape your natural experience.

Cabin Rental Fees (each cabin sleeps up to 4):
Nightly Rate (2 night minimum):
Mon-Wed nights $59 for 1-2 guests per night + $20 for each additional person.
Thurs-Sun nights $65 for 1-2 guests + $25 for each additional person.

Off-Season Single Week Rate (Nov-May): $220
Off-Season Two Week Rate: $400
Off-Season Monthly Rate: $600

Summer and Fall Weekly Rate (June-Oct): $350
Summer and Fall Two Week Rate: $600
No monthly rentals available in high season.

Camping Fees: $15 for 1-2 people plus $7 for each additional person. You must supply your own tent.

Enhance your stay with our on-site healing eco-retreat services available with early reservations...custom canoe & kayak instruction and/or eco-tours during your stay, private yoga and guided meditation sessions, guided hikes, facilitation sessions of The Work of Byron Katie ( www.thework.com ). Solar-Powered and Wood-Fired Cabin

• 'Twin over Full' bunk beds, queen futon, single cots available--we can accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements with prior planning

• Access to private walking/hiking trails on 33 acres offering views of the White Mts and a beautiful mountain brook
• Our forest land abuts 1,300+ acres of Nature Conservancy land forever protected from development
• Thorough and thoughtful "local picks" & listings for nearby art, music, restaurants, entertainment, natural gems and outdoor recreation opportunities off the beaten path. Complete listings available on site.
• Customized walking, hiking and biking trail loops with map right outside your cabin door
• Local hiking guide books and maps by request

Suggested Packing List

• Bed linens and blankets or sleeping bag-we provide bed linens if your stay is extended or you are flying in
• Pillows
• Personal clothing and practical footwear for woods walks/hiking and changing weather conditions
• Traction footwear such as Yak Trax for winter walking or icy conditions
• Snowshoes (rentals available in Bridgton)
• Flashlight/headlamp with extra batteries
• Food and drink (we supply drinking water and cooler for food storage--no refrigeration)
• Outdoor campfire wood -gather your own near the cabin at no cost or bring your own

With advanced request, if available, we provide guests with wholesome foods, organic and locally grown whenever possible. Experience a special connection to these surroundings through the bounty of the Saco River Valley and the farmers who work the soil to produce our food. Full kitchen facilities may be available for meals on your own by request.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reserve by contacting for availability @ 207.452.2929 or email at ntnretreat@yahoo.com. Once dates are confirmed available, mail in a deposit of $59 by check or money order to Nurture Through Nature, 77 Warren Rd, Denmark, Maine, 04022 and include all current contact information.  Balance is due upon arrival. Your deposit will be returned less a $10 fee if reservation is cancelled by phone on or greater than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of reservation are nonrefundable and may be applied to another cabin stay or retreat within one year of cancelled reservation less a $10 transfer fee.

This is a pet-free and smoke-free facility.
We invite those who are looking for some peace and quiet and an opportunity to connect with nature in a magical setting!
We ask guests to compost, recycle and generate as little trash as possible.
