Jen is a 2 time graduate and 3 time staff of Byron Katie's 9 Day School for The Work.  Jen is an Apprentice Mentor in the Certification Program for The Work and has completed her 800 hour immersion in The Work, including 55 days with Byron Katie, to be a Certified Facilitator––a 2 year intensive where she has been invited to work fearlessly on herself, teaching herself how to end her own suffering through embodying inquiry in her own life. Jen's heart's desire is to help others find peace, clarity and true freedom as she continues to deepen her own practice of The Work.
